3-Nights of Camping at Becoming Brave Base Camp

Guests will stay at Becoming Brave Base Camp hosted by St George/Hurricane KOA. Base Camp will be the home base for all adventurers and where all Becoming Brave activities take place. After a day of Becoming Brave, return to Base Camp to unwind with your fellow explorers! Choose between tent or RV camping at check out. Don’t have your own gear? No problem! Becoming Brave has options for guests who need their own camping setup or RV rental. 

Weekend Adventures with Mark Vins & Brave Wilderness Team

Embark on two days of exploration! Choose your own adventure for the Friday of Becoming Brave from hikes, canyoneering and rock climbing. On Saturday, Mark will lead guests out to Utah’s famous dinosaur tracks to learn about our prehistoric past. Adventures will be available for all ages and skill levels.

Secrets of YouTube Success with Mark Vins

Each day, Mark and his team will lead discussions about how to build a globally renowned nature channel, including tips on creating impactful content, building a community, and navigating the ever-evolving world of YouTube. Whether you’re a budding creator, or just curious about life behind the camera, these inspirational sessions will equip you with valuable insight.

Appear in a Brave Wilderness YouTube Video

Lights, camera, action! You'll have the unique opportunity to appear in a Brave Wilderness YouTube video filmed during the Becoming Brave weekend. Share your adventure with millions of nature lovers across the globe.

Meet & Greet with Mark Vins

This is your chance to meet Mark Vins in person! Snap a photo together on your personal device and enjoy a memorable conversation with one of the most prominent voices in the nature and wildlife world.

Weekend Activities with the Brave Wilderness Team

After your adventures, gather around camp for additional activities including workshops, stargazing, stories around the campfire, s'mores and more! Each night offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature in new and exciting ways.

Meals During the Weekend

Guests will receive one daily meal provided at Base Camp.

  • Thursday: A welcome dinner to kick off the weekend
  • Friday & Saturday: Lunch before or after your adventure
  • Sunday: A pre-departure breakfast before you pack up camp and head home
