Becoming Brave is open to all ages. Tickets can only be purchased by guests 18 years or older.  All ticket purchasers will be contacted 7-10 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up ticket inclusions. Such information will be sent by info@becomingbrave.co to the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the event, please contact us at info@becomingbrave.co immediately.

Merchandise items included in your ticket will be available for pickup at the Becoming Brave Will Call located in the venue at predetermined times that will be communicated in advance. All merchandise must be collected onsite and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick-up name, please contact info@becomingbrave.co within 48 hours of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign waivers and releases of liability, with Becoming Brave/Superfan, the professional adventure guides, and/or other third parties. If you sign any waiver or release of liability as a part of this experience, such waiver and/or release of liability is hereby incorporated and made a part of the terms and conditions for the event. By purchasing a Becoming Brave ticket, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Becoming Brave, Superfan, the photographer, and/or the talent for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, ticket programs, and amenities may vary and are subject to change and cancellation at any time.

Due to the nature of this event, there may be age, medical, health, or other restrictions associated with certain activities.  You agree to listen to and abide by any and all safety instructions as a part of this experience.  You agree to sign all necessary waivers and releases from liability related to this event in order to participate in the event and the scheduled adventure activities.

You are obligated to provide all of your own necessary camping equipment, clothing, toiletries, and other travel items.  You understand that there will be one meal provided each day, and you are responsible for all other meals and food. You are responsible for arranging all of your own transportation to and from the site, including as needed to acquire food and meals that are not provided as a part of the event.

All sales, purchases and partial purchases under a payment plan are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If purchasing using a payment plan, if you fail to make a payment for any reason, you may void your ticket and purchase and you will not receive a refund. All ticket elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via a Third-Party Ticket Outlet/Site or Fan-to-Fan Resale. If you have made a purchase as part of a Payment Plan, you agree that the credit card that you have on file with Tixr will be charged for the amounts and on the dates set forth in the Payment Schedule outlined during your purchase process. You agree that if such credit card expires, is invalid, is deleted or is otherwise not capable of effecting payment on the dates set forth in your Payment Schedule, we and/or the Ticketing Website will give you notice to the email you provided above and a period of 10 days to effect the payment. If we do not receive payment within such period, this Agreement will be deemed to be canceled and all prior amounts will be forfeited. Once your Initial Down Payment is received, the price of the Purchased Items will not change. The Purchased Items will be set aside and held until the Final Payment made. You may pay the remaining balance at any time prior to the Final Payment. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not seek a “chargeback” or any type of payment reversal for any reason from the company whose credit card you used to purchase your ticket. Should you do so, your ticket may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases. If you participate in a Payment Plan, you understand and agree that the Payment Plan is subject to the terms of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”). You hereby acknowledge your awareness that: (i) you are not being assessed a finance charge for participating in the Payment Plan; (ii) the Balance is not subject to any assessed interest; (iii) you are not subject to any pre-payment penalty for paying the Balance in advance of the designated Payment Plan dates; and (iv) Late Payment Plan payments are subject to the terms herein. You hereby further acknowledge that you have been provided with all necessary information relating to the purchase of your ticket and your participation in the Payment Plan, and that Superfan as your express authorization to process payment of the Balance and the Payment Plan.

The talent, event promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to tickets or additional tickets, at their sole discretion. The talent, event promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the guest at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.

By purchasing this ticket, you consent to receive promotional and marketing email and SMS from Becoming Brave/Superfan. You may opt-out of such promotional and marketing messaging at any time. Follow Superfan on Instagram @wearesuper.co. Follow Becoming Brave on Instagram @wearesuper.co.  All reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Becoming Brave/Superfan will make its best efforts to accommodate name changes in accordance with the accommodation policies, but cannot guarantee them.

If in the event Becoming Brave/Superfan is unable to supply the original accommodation as stated at the time of the booking, alternative camping accommodation at the same standard or above will be given. In the unlikely event Superfan is unable to supply an alternative camping at a same or higher standard than originally booked, then a partial refund will be offered reflecting the difference in value of the accommodation. You are responsible for ensuring that you adhere to instructions provided by Becoming Brave/Superfan in respect to your Accommodation Policies, including check-in, arrival, and check-out times. Becoming Brave/Superfan cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by guests because of their late arrival or failure to adhere to procedure provided in accordance with camping check-in/arrival instructions if applicable. If you are a non-US resident, you and the other members of your party may be required to provide Passport or approved identification at the check-in. Any incidentals or additional items provided by the campground outside of the ticket offering are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be settled directly with the accommodation. You must provide a credit card upon arrival at the accommodation to cover any damages or other purchases. Anyone who cannot provide this may be denied check-in. Becoming Brave/Superfan can accept no responsibility or offer refunds or compensation with respect to the purchasers and/or their party’s rejection from the accommodation, or other ticket activities if their behavior was deemed as dangerous to themselves or other guests, or socially (or otherwise) unacceptable. Superfan advises all Becoming Brave ticket recommends customers to carry adequate travel insurance. In the event of a change of event date, event cancellation, or major event disruption, the ticket and experience portion of the ticket is fully exchangeable to the new date or fully refundable. The camping portion of the booking is non-refundable due to the contractual obligations between Superfan and the camping operator. The adventure portion of the booking is non-refundable due to the contractual obligations between Superfan and the adventure operator. Compensation cannot be offered for other expenses incurred by the purchaser.
